Security Devin McCourty is the first member of the Patriots' list to have 53 people publicly comment on the two counts of indictment, team owner Robert Kraft, for soliciting prostitution.
McCourty, who is in Puerto Rico with his twin brother Jason, told NBC Sports Boston's Tom Curran on Friday afternoon that he was taking a wait-and-see approach.

Before the Super Bowl LIII, McCourty had revealed that he was considering retiring, but the 31-year-old recently announced his intention to return to the Patriots for another season. During his nine years in New England, McCourty said he had established close ties with Kraft.
