While his time at Oracle is coming to an end, Steph Curry honors the legends of the Warriors wearing their jerseys

Those watching the Warriors' pre-game activities may have noticed a trend in Steph Curry's clothes when he shows up at the games. He wears recovery jerseys, but not his.

Curry is a living legend for warriors. He broke records, led the team to the championships and worked to connect with the Oakland community, where the team has been playing since being selected in 2009.

Now that the days at Oracle Arena are over, Curry is paying tribute to the players who walked the Oracle field wearing their jerseys when they arrived at the stadium.

For the final game of the regular season of the Sunday home Warriors against the Clippers, Curry has decided to return to the 2007 era "We Believe" with a Monta Ellis jersey. Like Curry, Ellis, who played with Steph from 2009 to 2012, had a penchant for hitting the trick, like this one.

The entire Warriors team also paid tribute to the team "We Believe" Sunday by surprisingly wearing the regression uniforms against the Clippers. Curry gave an emotional shriek in front of the crowd as he pulled out his warm-ups to reveal his jersey.

While Curry and the Warriors faced the Clippers, Ellis expressed his appreciation of Curry's gesture on Instagram: "I appreciate love @ stephencurry.30 I respect and love what you did at @warriors. has always been love love and respect – from my family to yours. "

Curry's tributes began last month with another player from "We Believe".

"Operation honor the [goats] of Oracle Arena. Day 1! Curry posted in a post on Instagram on March 24, wearing the jersey of Baron Davis, before the Warriors' win over the Detroit Pistons.

Curry is currently featured on a poster with Davis outside of Oracle Arena. The poster says "Game Recognize Game" and shows Curry and Davis in their warriors' jerseys, superimposed so as to give the impression that they make a lump in the chest. The two legendary Warrior Guards also have ties to Charlotte, since Davis began his career in the NBA there and Curry grew up there.

Another warrior of the time "We Believe", Stephen Jackson, captain of the team during this season with Davis, was honored on the second day of celebration of Steph. He was photographed by the Warriors Public Relations team entering the arena, but special attention was paid to the kitchen glove that he was carrying in the arena, a reference to a foul on him that was not called during an overtime loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Curry paid tribute to one of his former teammates, Andris Biedrins, on April 3rd, the day of his third celebration, also marking Biedrins' birthday. The center played for the Dubs from 2004 to 2014. Biedrins was also part of the group "We Believe" of the Warriors.

More recently, Curry honored Tim Hardaway, the playmaker for another Warriors' golden age. "Run the TMC era without any necessary explanation!" Curry shared in an Instagram post to bring him the Hardaway jersey.

Curry's celebration of former great warriors inspired one of his teammates, Draymond Green, to borrow it temporarily or steal it. He was wearing the jersey of another "We Believe" warrior, Jason Richardson, whom Green said he grew up admiring.
