RCandace Owens, a rightwing activist, testified before Congress at a hearing for fighting white supremacy, saying it was not a priority issue for minorities in the states. -United.
"If we want to hold a white supremacist hearing, we presume the biggest victims are minority Americans," Owens told the House's joint oversight subcommittee.
