Joseph, the man involved in the altercation with Sarley, reacted to the decision.

Joseph had claimed the woman had confronted him and his fiancee as they left the dog park on Saturday.

“At the Brooklyn dog park with my fiance and this white woman threatened to call the police and told us to ‘stay in our hood’ because she mistook our dog for another dog that barked loudly,” Joseph wrote on Twitter.
