Whitehall Walmart shooting: police confirm 2 victims are hospitalized

Whitehall Township Police are at the scene of a reported shooting at the local Walmart Supercenter near MacArthur Road.

Two victims were hospitalized, police confirmed in a tweet around 8:15 p.m., just over an hour after the first emergency radio reports.

So far, neither the Lehigh County District Attorney nor the County Coroner is involved.

Police said the investigation was still in its early stages. This story will be updated as more information is received.
