Who is this Pokemon? Pokemon Sword and Shield gets a cryptic teaser for a new Pokemon

The official Pokemon company has released an enigmatic teaser on the new Pokémon that will come on Pokemon Sword and Shield. Taking a different twist on their classic silhouette that is this Pokemon gag, a distorted pixilated image of a new Pokemon appeared with a partially blocked description. When you follow the link on the Tweet and go to the official website, you can spot the image on the page. Once you click, you will get the fuzzy picture of the mysterious Pokemon.

After a lot of strabismus and rotation, it looks like a bird, and many already think it's a fanciful version of the Farfetch's in Galara. There have been some very good ideas on what that might look like. One of the best catch so far is the reproduction below which shows a Farfetch bird, rather fly, with a spear and a shield resembling a leek. People have dubbed it "SirFetch", and frankly, we are so much on the brink of design. This is not a wacky look, after all.

The page indicates that there is a Pokémon in combat with the Steadfast ability, but what is even more intriguing is the description at the bottom of the page. Although this is partially blocked to let us guess, the description says that "only [redacted] who survived many battles can reach this [redacted]"It's interesting." The Pokémon will also withdraw from the fight for a reason still unknown.

We've had a host of different Pokemon Gen 8 revealed up to now, including the adorable Polteageist teapot, Pokemon, the Band tribute band at Striped Kiss, Galarian Forms, and our fluffy new friend Wooloo. We will be watching this Pokémon to find out exactly what it will look like and if it really is a new Farfetch form for the Galar region.
