Why a pirate ship vehicle would be Fortnite's best vehicle to date

The vehicles were introduced in Fortnite slowly but regained momentum in season 7.

The first vehicle introduced was the shopping carts, followed by golf carts (all-terrain carts), Quadcrashers, planes and finally Driftboard.

For a moment, the vehicles were more fun than anything. Quadcrashers could be used to quickly circle circles, but they were barely under control.

The aircraft represented a considerable step forward in the power level of the vehicles and were tossed several times before being removed at the beginning of season 8.

The driftboards finally arrived in the game months after their initial announcement and were welcomed as very entertaining by the Fortnite base of players.

With the planes ready to leave, they could be replaced by another vehicle and we hope this vehicle is a pirate ship.

Here's why it makes sense:

Season 8 seems to have a heavy pirate theme from the recent screen capture of the loading screen that have been released. We expect that an important part of the map will be flooded after the ice melts with the likely arrival of the fire king.

So, if that happens, people are going to need a better way to navigate the now watery parts of the map and what better than a huge ship. (Jetskis would be cool too, porque no los dos?)

They would be much more balanced than planes because they would be confined to the water and would not move as fast, but they could still be interesting for squads.

They also have built-in weapons and fire cannonballs on opposing ships or land structures, as if Fortnite would do it. The operation of these cannonballs could be a little risky to be too strong, but since they would come from a fairly slow craft and move quite slowly, they would be quite easy to play.

Of all the vehicles, pirate ships seem to be fun to play, just as players could divert and commandeer ships from their opponents. In addition, the template already exists as part of Playground (cover photo) which was removed for Fortnite Creative.
