New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick’s longtime girlfriend Linda Holliday announced on Wednesday why she is going private on Instagram. The announcement comes after the drama surrounding the trolls’ Instagram comments, Tom Brady comments and mentions Belichick when discussing the reasons TB12 left New England.

The hatred on his account was largely fueled by Holliday having slight criticisms for Brady.

Although she said she was happy that the 43-year-old headed for the NFC championship game, she noted that Brady was not the driving force behind the offense when scoring in the divisional round against the Saints.

She later clarified that she meant it was the field position and a lot of help from the defensive changes that helped Brady’s offense.

Holliday wrote on Instagram:

“My account will go private in the next few hours. I’m exhausted by the number of trolls and cruel people who have recently hammered my social media accounts. I’m not ’embarrassed’ by anything I’ve said. fact, several media have understood what i meant about defensive TDs and validated it BUT i’m tired of trolls !! i don’t know when it became okay to abuse and verbally harass people on social networks. friends. “

Commentators took advantage of his account to say that Belichick had driven Brady out, a theory that is not new. For a few years, many said there was tension between Brady and Belichick, discontent between them and an issue with who’s running the show, to sum up.

Holliday probably heard those comments, but was fed up with them being right on her face and on her personal account with a verbally abusive tone as she mentioned in her comment, so she decided to change the settings.

Her account is now indeed private and as of Thursday afternoon she is listed as having 61.9k subscribers.
