Why Daniel Bryan Doesn’t Use “The Final Countdown” For His AEW Theme Song

[ad_1]

Bryan Danielson is not using “The Final Countdown” as an AEW theme song due to the cost of securing the rights to the single.

“The Final Countdown” in Europe is the theme song Danielson used before signing with WWE several years ago. It was released on William Richard Wagner’s “Flight of The Valkyries,” but that then moved on to Elliott Taylor’s “Born for Greatness” single for his AEW debut at the end of Sunday’s All Out pay-per-view.

In an update, it was noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that AEW had tried to get a “Final Countdown” for the Danielson theme, but the cost of using the song was too high even for AEW President and CEO Tony Khan.
