In an interview with Variety, Low-key Rob confirmed that Victoria arrived on the show because of her strong personality, which set her apart from other women who auditioned.
“You can’t have people who will really do nothing and just be wallflowers,” he says. “I’m not saying the show is made just to stir up drama, but certainly a strong personality like [Victoria] is good. And look, Matt said that’s something that appeals to him – a woman who is his own wife and has a strong will – so you can’t say Victoria isn’t that.
And as for those “Victoria is a plant“Allegations … yeah, Rob stands by the casting pick and says he and the rest of the producers only picked women they could see Matt have a future with – Victoria included.

“[Victoria] is someone who was excellent in the cast and certainly had an interesting point of view. Obviously no one is mad that Matt keeps her, but at some point, if he really doesn’t see a future with her, he’ll send her home, ”he added. “I don’t think Victoria is taking someone’s place for Matt to say, ‘Oh my God, my future wife just came out.’ However, I know how sad people were to see the ballerina come home at night.
