That’s a baffling problem, if that’s even what DaBaby wanted it to be. DaBaby is a 29 year old adult male , who was arrested last month for carrying a loaded firearm. JoJo Siwa is a 17-year-old Nickelodeon star who records children’s songs and sells glitter bows at Target. Recently, Siwa has gone out publicly and s ‘is open about his girlfriend, so the internet felt particularly protective of her when “Beatbox Freestyle” fell. Twitter users expressed confusion as to why DaBaby would come for a children’s artist; Genius user veduta suggested that “Siwa” for could be a pun on the words “see why”. Or maybe it’s the fact that DaBaby has a young daughter, and he might just be bored by Siwa’s music as the parents get mad with Baby Shark. Regardless, the memes that dive into DaBaby – especially those highlighting the fact that Siwa is presumably both richer and taller than him – have been generous and hilarious.
