Why Meghan Markle owes nothing to the media

We live in a world obsessed with celebrities, politicians and members of the royal family, especially with regard to British royalty and British paparazzi. It can be hard to remember that these people are human and that they deserve at least a little privacy.

From the time Meghan Markle was associated with Prince Harry, she could not rest from the press. And most of what they said is simply rude, if not complete. Do not get us started on all the online trolls she has to endure all the time.

The truth is that Meghan, like all other women, probably wants a little privacy. When it comes to family, babies and birth, the public should not expect total transparency. That's why the Duchess of Sussex owes nothing to the media.

Since the media heard that Harry was dating an American actress, the media did everything to drag his name and relationship into the mud. The days leading up to the royal wedding only fueled rumors and dramas. Most people could see that Harry was clearly in love with Meghan, but the media was trying to make her look like a social mountaineer.

Resistant, as always, Harry stood near Meghan. When official announcements announced that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were expecting their first baby, the press intensified their coverage. This is normal for royal pregnancies. What is not normal is the bad reputation that followed.

How did the media drama of Meghan Markle begin?

Just a week ago, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex asked you to kindly support various organizations around the world instead of sending gifts for the upcoming arrival of their firstborn. Not only have many of you supported, you have acted. Their Royal Highnesses asked you to know the impact of your support – the direct effect of your donation, your energy and the actions taken! YOU chose to be part of the public good and you really changed things. That it is a gift of 5 dollars, a contribution of 1,000 pounds, an offer of volunteer work or dissemination of information, you played your part. And in the name of the Duke and Duchess (and Baby Sussex), we thank you very much. YOUR IMPACT: @thelunchboxfund will now be able to provide a minimum of 100,000 extra hot, nutritionally enriched meals to children in need in South Africa. We have increased the number of their monthly donors, increased the number of volunteer applications, and resuscitated their team of more than 200 hard-working employees and volunteers. @wellchild can now provide more than 300 additional hours of specialized care provided by a healthy nurse to a seriously ill child Needs allowing families to stay together at home vs at the hospital @ Baby2Baby has received more than 5,000 products to be distributed to children in need, including cradles, books, backpacks, diapers and silver donations from around the world – from Guadalajara to Italy. You did that happen. Thank you.

It all started when the media started receiving information that Meghan and Harry wanted to keep the birth and the baby secret. They wanted to spend time alone with their family before praying to their newborns in front of the cameras and the world.

This sounds like a reasonable request since they are new parents. What woman wants to stand before paparazzi a few hours after giving birth? The fact that Princess Diana and Kate Middleton did so does not mean it's a tradition or a necessity.

Then it was learned that not only did Meghan expect to wait for official photos, but that she was also considering having the baby at home. The press went crazy. Who does this American think she is, marry a member of the British monarch and ask for confidentiality?

In addition to all the negative attention that calls her a spoiled American, she must also deal with rumors of royal drama and a break between her and her sister-in-law, Kate.

Why Meghan Markle owes nothing to the media

It is very important to remember that even though Meghan is now a member of the Royal Family and was previously a celebrity, she was still a person. It has the right – and the right to – the right to want privacy.

It's supposed to be a beautiful time in her life: she created a human being, so if she wants to take the time after birth to enjoy her happiness, she should. Meghan owes nothing to the media. In fact, one can not help wondering if the media he must Something. Here's why.

She was very accommodating. She moved to a new country to be with her husband. She abandoned her career in the process. Meghan spent a lot of time giving back to her new country and representing the crown. If you ask, she has done more than most, and she still has a media reaction. So, we say, go girl. Take the time you need to cuddle your baby privately. And, to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, congratulations on your new son!
