Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was shocked by the coverage she receives in Fox News, while she wondered Thursday night why "so many men" are "obsessed" with her.
The 29-year-old Congresswoman rolled her eyes as she shared her reflections on the network during an appearance in "Late Night with Seth Meyers".
"A group of people who seem to have an obsession for you is our friend at Fox News. They talk a lot about you, "said Meyer. "Are you surprised by the speech in which they seemed to have shifted all their attention and programming to you?"
Ocasio-Cortez replied, "I mean, it's weird. For example, why are so many adult men just obsessed with this, like 29? "
Meyers then asked him how the Fox News coverage affected his relations with his Republican colleagues.
"It's funny because one of the side effects of this Fox News craze is that other real members of Congress believe it and see it indiscriminately," said the Darling Democrat.
During the interview, Ocasio-Cortez also joked that President Trump was a "nematode".
