A group of women battling cancer gets an extra dose of happiness, thanks to an event called Wigged Out Wednesday. The event provides personalized wigs to women who have lost their hair during a treatment against the Cancer. "A woman's hair is her pride and glory". Sarah Shealy, a cancer patient. "So, I can not show my glory, nor my crown." Wigs are expensive and cancer is hard enough, so with the help of community organizations, these women have a newfound confidence in them. A group of women fighting cancer gets an extra dose of happiness, thanks to an event called Wigged Out Wednesday.

The event offers personalized wigs to women who have lost their hair during a cancer treatment.

"A woman's hair is her pride and glory," said Sarah Shealy, a cancer patient. "So I can not show my glory, I can not show my crown."

Wigs are expensive and the fight against cancer is hard enough. Through the help of community organizations, these women are gaining confidence.
