The Fresh Prince – aka Will Smith – made a surprise appearance during the shooting of Jaden Smith in the second week of the festival.
Will Smith joined his son for a performance of "Icon", even hitting a couplet himself.
The actor posted a performance clip on Instagram.
"Did it? Dat! #Coachella!" Will Smith wrote.
Jaden Smith posted the same clip on his Instagram.
It was not the first time Will Smith took "Icon".
The actor parodied last year the video clip by donning a denim jacket, gold chains and a grid, like Jaden in the original.
