Nathan Griffith had previously called 911 after Jenelle Evans' dog was killed
L & # 39; former Teen Mom 2 star revealed on Instagram that his dog is dead. She posted a picture of her and Nugget with a caption revealing that the dog is dead.
It was then reported that Eason would have shot the dog. He then made a video claiming that the French bulldog had been injured by a 2-year-old girl. The father would also have said, "Whether it's your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I do not [sic] bear with that sh * t at all. I'm all about protecting my family, it's my life [sic] mission."
Griffith called 911 after that. "I suppose that there was a conflict with my ex-fiancée and her husband, who shot a dog. And there have been many 911 calls for abuse, "he said. "And I'm just trying to understand where my son is and what I should do in this situation right now. I am so confused right now. … I just want to make sure my son is safe.
He also explained that he had not spoken to Evans for almost a year and she changed phone numbers. However, he sees their son every weekend.
Griffith now has custody of their son, Kaiser
Eason and Evans' children have been removed from their homes. That includes Kaiser who now stays with Griffith. TMZ indicated that Kaiser was very concerned about returning to the married couple's home and appearing in court.
Jace and Ensley will stay with Evans' mother, Barbara Evans, and Eason's daughter, Maryssa will be under the care of her mother, Whitney Johnson.
Eason and Griffith reportedly had a confrontation outside the courthouse
Both would have been seen entering after the court. TMZ reports that Eason was seen traveling to Griffith on June 4 in the parking lot of the Columbus County Courthouse. Griffith was talking to a TMZ cameraman when Eason approached to ask him, "Are you hanging out with the paparazzi?"
They exchanged a few more words before Eason raised the middle finger. Griffith then said, "I'm actually going to file a restraining order because of that."
It would not be the first time that Eason and Griffith would not hear each other. Griffith's girlfriend Ashley Lanhardt had already tweeted that Eason was harassing Griffith by sending him homophobic slurs, according to In Touch Weekly. Griffith has not yet filed a restrictive order against Eason.
