In theory, besides the patches, the latest Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18912 20H1 only included new narrator enhancements.
It seems, however, that the preliminary version of the operating system next year has been a bit larger.
Developer Albacore has noticed a new feature called Calendar Quick Compose, which allows you to add appointments directly from the calendar pop-up when you click on the date in the Windows 10 taskbar.
He also noticed another new feature. The new Send Optimization settings in Windows 10 Build 18912, which allow you to limit download speeds with absolute values in Mbps rather than as a percentage of your bandwidth.
Since these features are not announced, they can not of course make the final cut, but both seem to be the kind of small changes that Windows 10 users would appreciate.
