Windows 11’s first ad is … curious

[ad_1]

Yesterday Microsoft launched its Windows 11 ad campaign, which is ironic since Windows 11 will be full of ads.

I’m kidding, I’m kidding. Well not really.

But according to the software giant, it’s trying to raise “awareness and excitement around Windows 11” with a 60-second commercial, which is tuned to Odessa’s song “All Starts Now” with Tim Myers.

The ad follows its hero as it explores the visually stunning new Windows, walks past apps in the new Microsoft Store, plays games with the Xbox Master Chief, realizes [?] Windows 11 widgets emerging from a beautiful cloud[,] and chat with a friend who, although on the other side of the world, seems close enough to be touched, all representing the seamless experiences that Windows 11 makes possible, ”notes the laborious explanation.

Judge by yourself.
