Justin Moore, the attorney representing one of the accused Texas attackers, Kaeita Nkeenge Rankin, told the New York Times that the hostess of the Upper West Side restaurant used the N word during the fight – and that she had a “very aggressive” manner. .

Then three men came to the restaurant to join the women, who were seated, but only one of the men was able to provide proof of vaccination, lawyers on both sides of the conflict told The Times.
The three women left the restaurant to join the trio of men outside – and that’s when the filmed melee erupted.
