Women at the end of the night literally give up control of their bodies to talk about the Alabama abortion law

Women of Late at night with Seth Meyers literally handed over control of their bodies to men to talk about Alabama's extremely restrictive abortion law on Wednesday night.

"I no longer have control over my own body, that's what happens, I want to talk about abortion. But I have to do it like that, "comedian and writer Amber Ruffin says at the top of the sharp sketch.

To make the point super clear, a man literally manipulates his body while she speaks.

Meyers then points out that she does not live in Alabama and that the law does not apply to her.

"No, but that's the direction our country is taking. So we thought we could train as well, "replies Ruffin.

She then talks about the law.

"The new Alabama law makes it almost impossible to abort a woman. You can not get one. You can not get one. Nobody can have an abortion, "she said. "And the Republicans have crafted the bill so that it will be challenged in court so that they can try to overthrow Roe against Wade."

Then a second woman, also manipulated by a man, speaks.

"If Alabama forces women to have babies, will they help them take care of them?" Asks the second woman.

A third woman reduced to lying on the ground because her boyfriend could not be there to handle it then gives the line very serious.

"It's like you're not even a person. As if you had been stripped of your humanity. That the men who were elected to serve you do not appreciate you, "she laments before the skit ends with a call to elect women.
