A video of young people Dylan farrow accusing her adoptive father, Woody allen, molestation is about to go public in an HBO documentary, and Rosanna Scotto says it’s not for the faint of heart.
Rosanna – co-host of FOX5’s “Good Day New York” – is very familiar with the subject matter of HBO’s “Allen v. Farrow” as she covered it extensively in the early ’90s … and saw the footage from Dylan at the time.
Rosanna suggests that Allen’s attorney and the “PR machine” kept the videotape a secret, but she adds … when people see it now, “I think your stomach is going to turn.”
The seasoned journalist believes Allen came out of the scandal largely unscathed because his image was favorable at the time – and she feels her PR team was successful Mia farrow like a despised ex.
Rosanna claims this is also how he avoided career suicide by marrying Mia’s adopted daughter Soon-Yi.
Rosanna is pretty adamant the upcoming documentary, in which she is featured, will change her mind about Allen … and offers one final anecdote about how long it has been.
Allen has always denied the allegations of being inappropriate with Dylan and has never been charged with a felony. Him and Soon-Yi declined to be interviewed for the documentary.
