Aged 83, Woody Allen is one of the most prolific filmmakers in the United States. For more than 60 years, he has produced nearly one film a year, including several masterpieces. His latest film, "A Rainy Day in New York," opens this Friday the Deauville American Film Festival in the French station. He sat down to chat with Vincent Roux from FRANCE 24.

Woody Allen is back with "A Rainy Day in New York," which tells the story of a young couple visiting the Big Apple for a weekend. But the film could never be aired in the United States because of Pedophile's allegations of Allen's adopted daughter, Dylan Farrow, who came back in the spotlight with the #MeToo move.

"For me, it does not matter … The film will be released worldwide – if people like the movie, I think it will eventually be released in the US," Allen told FRANCE 24.
