WoW Shadowlands: character not found, character selection empty, connection impossible

Shadowlands has arrived!

Just like any WoW expansion, Blizzard has issues with servers and connections.

That’s not to say everything is broken, a lot of players are pushing Shadowlands content very well right now.

For other players, however, some issues include servers and characters not displayed, black screens, server queues, etc.

One of the most common new errors in Shadowlands is the “Character not found” message.

These issues should go away as Shadowlands rolls out and players enter the new expansion.
