WWE 205 Live will be canceled soon ?, WWE will record three hours of television on Friday night

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer radio, there were reports of three weekly SmackDown on Fox recordings on Friday night.

The live episode of SmackDown will take two of three hours, but there is no official word yet about what will be the third hour.

One could assume that the third hour would be devoted to the WWE Weekly 205 live episode, but there was talk of 205 live to be eliminated because some see it as a failed experience.

Meltzer hypothesized that the third hour of Friday night's recordings could be devoted to an hour-long broadcast on FS1, perhaps even an hour of action in the ring broadcast with the Weekly studio broadcast of FS1 scheduled on Tuesdays or at one o'clock. on the WWE network. A show on the ring broadcasted during the FS1 studio, which will be hosted by Renee Young, seems unlikely, but anything is possible.

Staples Center currently hosts SmackDown's 20th Anniversary Special, which will be Fox's first episode of Friday night, starting at 6:45 pm ET (4:45 pm local time). This means that the third hour of recording would take place after SmackDown, at least for this first week on the West Coast.

Following the fall television changes, WWE recorded two hours of live television each Monday for RAW and two hours of live broadcast. NXT Television every Wednesday, and two hours of live SmackDown TV on Fridays, plus the pre-RAW program Main event recordings on Monday and the third hour of the recordings on Friday, without forgetting the monthly à la carte events and the NXT Takeover promotions.
