WWE is hitting the road again, but they’re not killing him with ticket sales everywhere they promote a show. The company has already found itself in a situation that probably caused it to cancel an event.

The September 17 SmackDown in Atlanta, Georgia has been canceled. They didn’t report an official reason, but it was likely due to ticket sales. F4WOnline reports that they only sold around 1,700 tickets last week. It was noted that the low result from ticket sales was the likely reason they pulled the event.

PW Insider reports that Knoxville, Tennessee will now host the event. This city will prove to Bianca Belair as she is a hometown hero. It wouldn’t be a big surprise to see her appear in a big way every time they enter Knoxville.

Fans tuned in and surpassed 2 million viewers for SmackDown last week. We can only hope that RAW will attract a large audience as well. The company is bringing back bigger names for a reason, and getting fans in these seats is a big reason.

WWE might have a ton of interest now as live fans return, but it might not be very long before Wrestling Twitter is again inundated with photos of half-full arenas during WWE RAW.
