WWE Survivor Series Results: Asuka vs. Sasha Banks

WWE Raw Women’s Champion Asuka faced off against WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks on the Survivor Series pay-per-view.

In the first minute of the match, Banks tried to get Asuka to tap an armband and then tap the bank statement. She also hit the Back Stabber in the opening 2 minutes of the match, but Asuka kicked off the pin attempt.

Late in the match, Banks tried to hit a Meteora from the barricade on Asuka on the ground but Asuka turned into a Code Breaker. On their way back into the ring, the two women approached two falls.

Asuka hit another Codebreaker later in the match, but this time it was when Banks was draping himself over the ring’s second string. There were several sequences close to fall, similar to Steamboat / Savage III. Banks won the match with a roll up. Excellent match.

They planted the seeds for a rematch because Graves said Banks won, but it wasn’t as final as she wanted it to be.
