Earlier this week, the Nintendoverse was upset when a massive new rumor started to come in, suggesting that Microsoft and Nintendo are considering a major partnership. Microsoft has reportedly brought some of its own titles, Xbox Game Pass and Project xCloud project streaming service to the switch this year. Unsurprisingly, neither Nintendo nor Microsoft have officially spoken out on this, but a recent tweet from Xbox executive Mike Xbar may be related to this situation:
– Mike Ybarra (@XboxQwik) February 24, 2019
The moment of the tweet of Ybarra can not be more suspicious considering the circumstances. He somehow deflected the message by following this tweet with another:
It's a rumor that I only play PC games!
– Mike Ybarra (@XboxQwik) February 24, 2019
Again, given the timing of this tweet, it is not excluded that this is how Ybarra reacts insolently to the controversy over the aforementioned rumor. So one way to interpret this tweet is that it's Ybarra's way of saying, "What you've all heard is just Rumors & # 39 ;. On the other hand, some might choose to interpret this as an indirect means of confirming says rumors. Nevertheless, we will still have to wait for an official word or an appropriate announcement to be made on each side.
In the meantime, let your eyebrows widen even more when you realize that another big Xbox wig has recently tweeted a message directly related to the switch:
Last week during the #SeattleSnowpocalypse we lost power and had to be creative with my gaming options. pic.twitter.com/ZXpxMXRlWV

Does the plot thicken?

Initiated to video games at the age of 3 through a Nintendo 64, A.K grew up in the culture. Fan of simulators and drivers, with a weakness for Nintendo! But, he has great respect for the entire world of video games and likes to see him evolve as a whole.
