Console Wars quite often has fans siding with the Xbox Series X or the PS5, but Microsoft has the perfect answer for those who demand choice.

The “console wars” between Xbox x series and the PS5 has people taking sides like they did in previous generations. However, Microsoft recently sent a message to those who feel the need to pretend that one is better than the other.

Every day social media can be littered with people who tend to respond “Xbox Series X is better” or “PS5 is better”. These responses tend to be posted on ads for games or consoles they don’t favor. Microsoft has tried to settle the debate once and for all with a recent Twitter post that some people say stood out for its honesty.

On the social media post, Microsft began the tweet by making sure everyone knew it was aimed at people in the account responses who always read “PS5 is better.” The official Xbox account went on to state that the best console is the one that gamers prefer to play. He ended the feel-good tweet by encouraging users to enjoy whichever seemed best to them.

Several Xbox Twitter followers commented on how much they liked the apparent unifying post, with a games industry insider known as Shinobi posting an arm wrestling photo meant to show that the Xbox and PlayStation s ‘were actually attached by hand. The Xbox Account went on to explain that it wasn’t really necessary to choose one side or the other because people who love video games are actually part of a “big family.” The account also went out of its way to credit this idea to Dominic Toretto for Fast Furious Fame.

The question of which console is the best can really only be answered by a particular user depending on what they are looking for in the device. Some games work better on the PlayStation 5 and others seem better suited for the Xbox Series X.

The popularity of the two consoles also tends to fluctuate. While Sony’s grip on the console market share has been a bit stronger than Microsoft’s over the years. However, some recent studies have shown that at least in the United States, the Xbox is actually more popular than the PlayStation. However, in Asian markets, there is no debate about which device sells the best. This seems to indicate that Microsoft’s posts regarding the preferred console really boil down to what individuals prefer to use more.
