New York Yankees star Aaron Judge was sidelined Saturday with a "strong enough embarrassment," said team manager Aaron Boone, and that several weeks will still be needed before the team can even estimate the batter's return.
Boone said Sunday that the judge will have to rest and allow the wound to heal. The judge was injured on Saturday while he was attempting a shot at Kansas City.

He became the 13th Yankees on the disabled list and 14th overall this season, joining Giancarlo Stanton, Aaron Hicks, Gary Sanchez, Didi Gregorius, Miguel Andujar and Greg Bird. The judge suffered a right-angled injury late in the season when he was missing a pitch against the Los Angeles Dodgers on September 13, 2016.
