After hitting the red carpet, the Grownish actress was among the first presenters to take the stage at the star-studded event.

The prime-time star looked classic in the ankle-length dress, which was cinched at the waist with a miniature green belt that showcased her petite waist.

Short tulle sleeves hugged her shoulders and draped her small torso.

The designer’s creation swelled and boasted of hidden pockets the star sometimes put her hands in while posing for photos.

Yara kept her dark hair simple, styling it in a middle part and slicking it into a low, tight bun.

The Minneapolis native’s neck was adorned with a large Cartier gold necklace valued at over $ 1 million that featured three rows of studded emerald stones.

It was paired with matching earrings in the shape of a double bulb.

The haute couture presentation was rounded off with a pair of nude Louboutin point-toe heels.

The young performer walked the carpet at the Emmys solo, doing a few laps for the cameras and chatting for interviews as she walked inside the room.
