Yazmin Juárez gives a burning testimony to the death of his infant daughter in the custody of ICE

At the House Oversight Committee, Yazmin Juarez, whose 21-month-old daughter died in the custody of ICE, delivered a burning testimony to Congress on Wednesday afternoon. "We came to the United States where I hoped to improve our lives," said Juarez. "Instead, I saw my little girl dying slowly and painfully a few months before her second birthday.
