Yeezy sues ex-intern for violating $ 500,000 NDA by allegedly sharing confidential photos

Yeezy is suing a former intern for violating a nondisclosure agreement, which included a “provision for damages of $ 500,000.”

Ryan Inwards, who was reportedly a summer intern for Kanye West’s clothing line in 2020, is said to have ‘shared confidential photos of Yeezy on his Instagram,’ according to a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court obtained by PEOPLE Friday.

Yeezy, however, claims that Inwards uploaded several classified images and ignored “Several letters of cessation and withdrawal” to remove these elements.

The complaint also noted that Inwards “ shared non-public images on Instagram and did not remove them even after ” threatening legal action.

Since the news broke, The Hollywood Reporter has pointed out that an “ Instagram account of the same name no longer contains any posts. ”

Today, the 43-year-old rap mogul’s company appears determined to try to enforce a half-million dollar damages clause for breach of contract and conversion.
