Despite the senseless struggles and heartbreak, we must applaud everyone for making it so far! So give yourself a pat on the back and celebrate your strength and resilience with the streaming platforms that have been your lifesavers throughout the process. And whether you’re sifting through the options on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or all of the above, finding the most recent streaming titles is always the best way to start. But where should you start? Here’s our take on what to watch this weekend and where to stream it.
New movies and shows to air this weekend: Yes day, child 90 and Make your mark
There are a ton of new movies and shows to stream across all possible platforms this weekend, but let’s start with the major league hitters. On Netflix there is Yes day, the new family comedy starring Jennifer Garner that your whole family will love. And if you feel like saying “yes” to everything after watching this movie, we suggest you check it out child 90, the original Hulu documentary by Punky brewster The Soleil Moon star Frye taking off the cover on what it was like growing up in Hollywood in the 1990s. Sports fans will have no problem finding things to watch this weekend (the basketball tournaments). NCAA ball come to mind!), but those looking to follow a new sport should watch Make your mark, the Australian Football League documentary series on Amazon Prime Video. Like we said, there are so many more great movies and shows like these to check out this weekend! And to get started, check out some highlights from the great streaming movies and shows that we’ve listed below:
New on Netflix March 12: Yes day
Jennifer Garner stars in Yes day, the family comedy movie that’s new to Netflix this weekend. Based on Amy Krouse Rosenthal’s popular children’s book of the same name, the film centers on a mother who lived her life saying ‘yes’, but since having children has more often said’ no “. Tired of who she has become, Allison and her husband (played by Edgar RamÃrez) decide to spend 24 hours saying nothing but “yes” to all of their children’s requests! Goofy, light and soft, Yes day is one of the best movies on Netflix this month and proves that once and for all Jennifer Garner is America’s mom.

New to Hulu March 12: child 90
New to Hulu this weekend is child 90, the revealing original documentary about what it was like growing up in young Hollywood in the 1990s. With never-before-seen footage of Soleil Moon Frye (Punky brewster) and featuring testimonials from stars like David Arquette, Tori Leonard, Stephen Dorff and more, child 90 serves as a fascinating walk down memory lane for then-era stars who saw their first contact with fame in the ’90s and the fans and viewers who watched them rise – and sometimes fall.
