YNW Melly files bail application in murder case

YNW Melly want to be released from prison until the start of his trial for double murder because he believes he is not at risk of flight, according to new legal documents obtained by XXL Friday, May 31st.

the rapper, who was previously denied bail Shortly after his arrest on February 13, he is currently facing two counts of first degree murder for the deaths of two of his collaborators, YNW Juvy (Chris Thomas, 19) and YNW Sakchaser (Anthony Williams , 21 years old). He is now arguing that the fact that he wentit is clear that he would not run if he was released. He also mentioned the fact that his entire family and his group of friends are in the Florida area as proof that there would be no reason to leave.

As noted earlier, the state of Florida believes that Melly is responsible for the shooting death of Juvy and Sakchaser. The state says they can prove that the rapper killed and killed the two men and then staged the scene so that it looks like a car with the help of another associate, YNW Bortlen (Cortlen Henry).

For her part, Melly's newly filed documents proclaim her innocence and declare that there is no murder weapon, no witness, no DNA evidence, no motive.

If found guilty, Melly could to face the death penalty.
