We all imagined ourselves as superheroes at one point. Now there is a website that allows you to swap faces with your favorite Avenger – just in time for Avengers: End of the game. The "Avenge Them" site is not an official Marvel product, but is based on the technology of the Morphin app, which turns your cup into a 3D model to add to GIFs.
Currently, Avenge Them has 18 GIF files, which will allow you to achieve grandiose feats of heroism from Marvel movies. The selection covers a wide range of Avengers heroes including Star-Lord, Black Widow, Captain America, Black Panther and many others.
It takes about 30 seconds for the site to integrate into each scene, which is not that long, because transforming a flat image into a 3D model, applies realistic lighting to your face and animates it to start it. Once done, you can download the GIF or share it on Twitter.
As impressive as technology is, the results are generally mediocre. I think that's the point, although some Edge the staff members have had good results. Vlad Savov, for example, is an incredible Doctor Strange.
Sean Hollister is a good candidate, as is Thor.
Meanwhile, I'm a little scared by my GIF Iron Man.
If you want to create a branch outside of Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Morphin app is available on iOS and Android. It was launched last month and it seems interesting to try if you want to put your face on Salt Bae, Dr. Evil's Austin Powers, Daenerys's Game of thrones, and more.
