You can get Twitch bonuses from Apex Legends without a Prime account

Although it only came out two and a half weeks ago, the Apex Legends Twitch Prime case was a big surprise. Respawn and EA seem to have reached an agreement with Amazon in just over a fortnight, but there is only one problem: you do not currently need Twitch Prime to get your free cosmetics.

If you go to Origin and click on Apex Legends, a screen appears before you start playing the game. It gives you access to its launch options. According to Adam_THR, creator of the CS: GO community on Twitter, entering the code "+ twitch_prime_linked 1" will make the customer believe that you have linked a Twitch Prime account to the game, even if you do not have one.

We checked this code for ourselves and confirmed that entering it would credit your account with five Apex packages and all the rewards you would get. This will probably work only if you have not already claimed your rewards and I would say that if you really have Twitch Prime, it's the least safe option.

The Twitch Prime bonuses feature five surprise boxes, each offering three rewards, and a legendary skin for the new favorite robot of all, Pathfinder. They will automatically be applied to your Origin account when you link it to your Twitch Prime.

This trick should not last very long. It will probably be corrected as soon as possible. If you fancy this purple and chic Pathfinder skin, I would do it quickly.

Elsewhere on King's Canyon, the new Havoc assault rifle is now available. In itself, this is nothing special, but add the right jump high and it quickly becomes much more entertaining.
