Justice League by Zack Snyder – known to fans as the iconic “Snyder Cut” – arrives on HBO Max on March 18 and Warner Bros. celebrates the relaunch of the blockbuster at home in a unique way: with personalized Snyder Cut lunch boxes at $ 130.

Described as “a one-of-a-kind, immersive home dining experience” for customers in the US and UK, Warner Bros. teamed up with Wonderland Restaurants (a self-proclaimed creation and innovation studio for the food industry ”) to create the kits. Wonderland Restaurants is also currently working on Park Row, an upcoming upscale DC Comics-themed restaurant in London that was announced in early 2020.

The meal kits are designed to look like the MacGuffin-y mother boxes from the movie and cost $ 130 for a kit for two or $ 260 for four (plus shipping and taxes). Inside there will be a variety of dishes adjacent to the Justice League: the ‘Ocean Trench’ appetizer for Aquaman, consisting of ‘Icelandic cod and fries with trench dressing’ and the ‘Big Belly Burger’ for. the Flash, alluding to the burger of the fictional mixed DC universe.

Other menu items that have yet to be revealed include Superman and Cornfields-inspired “Resurrection”, Wonder Woman-themed “Ancient Themysciran Fire” and more mundane “Snack and Extras.” Also included are Koul-Brau and Jitters Cold Brew beers, which also hint at DC brands in the universe.

Like any meal kit, some of the items from the Mother Box will be prepared; others, such as burgers and fish dishes, will need to be cooked at home. Vegetarian options are also available.

Wonderland says the Snyder Cut box is meant to be just the start of its immersive partnership with Warner Bros. franchises. Given the studio’s plans to release all of its movies theatrically today on HBO Max, it’s possible that Wonderland is planning future boxes to tie them back to those titles, much like the Snyder Cut.
