You can use terraforming and a net bug if you are in a pinch
My favorite video game clips are those where players show a mechanic, feature, or trick that is either obscure, unnecessary entertaining, or just easily overlooked by most people. If the idea is hidden in plain sight, even better! I want to feel like a fool that I haven’t even considered doing this before.
A recent example for me: you can use an insect net to make balloons appear in Animal Crossing: New horizons.

You could be a normal player and just use a slingshot, of course. Or, if you want to live a bit after spending countless hours with this game, you can load the Island Designer app on your phone, descend a cliff, climb it with your ladder, and shoot down the floating gift with your humble bringer.
As impractical as it is, more than anything I like Reddit user ItzStarr86 who demonstrates an alternate use of terraforming tools. They’re great in theory, but they’re too finicky for me.
In reality, I will never use this trick, but I like the fact that I can – a cute a-ha moment.
