You will not believe how long it took to make Sophie Turner's wedding dress

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas recently tied the knot during a complex ceremony in France. Previously, they had organized a shotgun wedding just after the Billboard Music Awards earlier this year. However, their European celebration was definitely the most immaculate of the two. And you will not believe how long it took to customize Turner's wedding dress.

Turner and Jonas got married in Las Vegas

The couple started in 2016, shortly after Jonas initially sent a message to Turner on Instagram. (The Jonas Brothers clearly have a soft spot for SMs, since Nick Jonas caught Priyanka Chopra's attention for the first time when he slipped into his DMs also on social networks.) They were together when they were together attending a concert of the Kings of Leon in November 2016. The two men are less than a year before Jonah's proposal. In contrast to the wedding of Chopra and Nick Jonas, the couple tied up at a quick ceremony in Las Vegas after the Billboard Music Awards on May 1st.

The couple has planned another private wedding in Europe

While their wedding in Las Vegas was truly a fun night for their celebrity friends, both wanted something more romantic that also involved their families. They planned a private ceremony and a reception in France, which took place on June 29th. The guest list has many celebrities Game of thrones co-stars, and none other than Dr. Phil – who is also the one who spilled the beans on the wedding day. Both had a lot of beer at the event, including custom Coors bottles.

It took 1050 hours to create Turner's dress and 350 hours to mount it.

Turner and Jonah did everything for their second wedding, but nothing was as complex as Turner's wedding dress. The bride was wearing a Louis Vuitton dress designed by Nicolas Ghesquière. The dress was in tulle with embroidered flowers and had long sleeves with shoulders capped. To create this spectacular dress, more than 10 embroiderers would have worked for 1,050 hours to create the 14 meters of tulle. According to WWD, the model had more than 650,000 stitches. Each panel of the star's dress also included over 100,000 crystal and white beads.

Both said that they really want children

Now that the marriage is over, Turner and Jonah can finally begin their official lives together. The Jonas Brothers are currently on tour, so it is likely that both will not start having children right away. However, they plan to start a family at some point. A source close to the couple said the children were a "must" for them, but they did not plan to have them right away. Both are madly in love, but they are also young. Turner is six years younger than Jonah. And with Jonas' career at its peak once again, they might decide to wait until the hype ends before welcoming the kids.
