FAIRBURN, Ga. – A rapper was having lunch at a Cracker Barrel in the Atlanta area when thieves stole nearly $ 500,000 in jewelry and cash in his custom car.

According to Fairburn police, Adolph Thornton of Memphis, known as rapper Young Dolph, was at Cracker Barrel on Senoia Road in Fairburn, Georgia, just before noon Wednesday when that happened, WSB-TV reported.

Police said Thornton was dining with another man when employees told him that someone had entered his car.

Thornton told the police that the side window of the driver of his camouflaged Mercedes-Benz G63 2018 had been damaged and that the following items had been stolen:
