This problem was previously detected with Surface Pro, where this error occurred whenever someone tried to install a Windows 10 feature update.

It should be noted that no incompatible software or driver is highlighted in the error returned by the Windows 10 configuration, but rather that a vague error message does not require any action on the part of the user . But if you want to upgrade to Windows 10 May 2019 update on your Surface device, we have a workaround.

It is rather very simple.

Just remove the Micro SD card or USB stick connected to your Windows device.

Once this is done, you can run the configuration again and, in many cases, the device could be upgraded to the Windows 10 May 2019 update without any problems.
