Zach Braff signs with Gabrielle Union in a dozen cheaper reboot for Disney +
He rose to prominence as the star of the medical sitcom Scrubs.
And on Thursday, it was reported that Zach Braff had signed on to star in a reboot of Cheaper by the Dozen for Disney +.
Braff, 45, will join Gabrielle Union, 48, in the film which is written and produced by creator Black-ish Kenya Barris.

Inspired by the 2003 big-screen comedy starring Steve Martin and Bonnie Hunt, Braff and Union will play the parents of a multiracial blended family of 12, according to THR.com.
The on-screen couple will juggle running their businesses and educating their children, and the hectic life at home sets the stage for a bunch of family laughs.
The project is slated to land on Mouse House’s subscription streaming service in 2022.

News of the Cheaper By The Dozen reboot was first announced during the Disney Investor Day presentation in December.
The studio has announced a list of reinvented offerings, including the return of Whoopi Goldberg for a third Sister Act movie and a 2007 sequel Enchanted with Amy Adams reprising her role as Gisele.
Disney has also announced a long-awaited sequel to Hocus Pocus and a new take on Three Men And A Baby, all intended to premiere exclusively on Disney +.
