Zelda: Breath Of The Wild’s ‘Second Wind’ Expansion Mod Adds Calamity Age Boss and Mammoths

Nintendo is apparently done with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild But that hasn’t stopped the modding community from continuing to support one of the best games available on Switch and Wii U.

Earlier this year, a unofficial The Breath of the Wild expansion titled “Second Wind” has been released. In case you missed our original article, this is a “Large Scale Free DLC” project made by “50+ people” – with new quests, areas, weapons, NPCs, and enemies. It also included revisions to existing content and quality of life improvements.

Now in an update – the same mod added a brand new boss fight (a battle against Sooga – a boss in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity), mammoths and new weapons. It’s amazing how far the modding community has gone with Link’s amazing open world adventure.
