The actress "New Girl" is now out with the star of "Property Brothers", Jonathan Scott.
Deschanel, 39, was seen walking hand-in-hand with HGTV's renovation expert, 41, on photos obtained by Hollywood Life. They presented a PDA at a meeting Friday in Silver Lake, California.
