Stephen King is good at many things, but brevity is not one! There is a ton of fantastic material that could not be summarized in 1 or even 2 feature films. If chapter two is already breaking records, does that mean we could get a chapter three at one time or another in the future? Come on, we just can not believe it's the last time we'll see Pennywise the dancing clown. Even though it's not on the big screen, Netflix streaming seems to be a real possibility. There is also a link between the book and other works like Doctor Sleep and The Dark Tower, both of which are being adapted for other formats. Bill Skarsgard thinks there is enough material for a prequel and Andy Muschietti admits we have only tackled the crazy world built in the books. Frankly, we do not care how we get more history, but we have not seen enough of this incredible Maturin turtle.
