2019 Oscar Predictions: Who Will Win at the Oscars

In a scenario that has been constantly changing since the race at the 91st Academy Awards began in early September with the triphles of the fall festival of Venice, Telluride and Toronto, the Oscar hunt was as disconcerting and hard to call as always.
