The best way to stop the spread of COVID-19 and thus prevent the virus from mutating is:

Stay home if you are sick.

Get tested if you don’t feel well, even if you don’t think it’s COVID. You can find test centers at gogettested.com.

To get vaccinated. You can find a vaccine on vaccins.gov.

Wear a mask, especially if you are not fully immunized.

Keep at least 6 feet away between yourself and those you don’t live with.

Do not travel to “Hot spots”.

If your test is positive, self-isolate immediately and be open and honest with COVID social workers about your contacts.
