Google recently launched an update for Mac that adds dark mode to the browser, but Windows and Android users still expect the same. However, there is good news in case you are waiting to get them on your Android device.
The latest update to Chrome 74 has added an indicator that can enable dark mode for Android devices. You can follow the steps below to activate it on your Android device.
- Go to the address chrome: // flags.
- Now search for "Dark Android Chrome UI Mode" and select On.
- Then, restart Chrome and go to Settings> Dark Mode to enable / disable the dark mode.
This should turn Dark Mode on your Android device. If that does not work, make sure you've installed the latest Chrome update from the Google Play Store.
