The New York Times admitted to having "made an error of judgment" after the publication of a political cartoon criticized for its anti-Semitism.
A political cartoon in the New York Times' international print edition Thursday included anti-Semitic tropes, describing the Israeli prime minister as a guide dog wearing a Star of David necklace at the head of the US president, shown with a cap, "The Times said in a declaration.
"The picture was shocking and it was a misjudgment to publish it," the statement said. "It was provided by the New York Times News Service and Syndicate, which has since deleted it."

Nevertheless, Seth Frantzman, an editor of The Jerusalem Post, tweeted a list of anti-Semitic elements regarding Saturday's image, l & # 39; writing: "1. The Times says its note to editors will appear in Monday's international edition.
