A new survey examined the enthusiasm with which 2,000 Americans had to exercise – and she revealed the strange and common excuses people give for staying at home.

The results of the survey revealed that being too tired (63%), too hot (39%), too cold (39%) or recently eating (31%) were all among the five best excuses.

The responsibility and worry of dropping someone else could be the keys to resisting the desire to find excuses. 65% of respondents admitted that they would be more likely to go to the gym if they intended to leave with someone else. "We know that when you work with your colleagues, your friends, or your family, you're not only more inclined to go there, but you appreciate it more because you get to know someone better," Peerfit said. , Ed Buckley, III, PhD. Yet many are struggling to devote time to fitness. 35% of those surveyed said they could not go to the gym because they had too much work to do.
